• Please email, fax, or call-in your order (email is preferred). If more convenient, you may also purchase through our premier distributor SABER1 (saber1.com), or through other distributors and purchasing/procurement agencies.
• Credit cards are preferred (Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover) for small orders.  We will send a secure link for enterring your card information, or you can call-in or fax.  We also accept PayPal or wire transfer.  Net 30 is available to customers with an established account.
• Domestic orders ship Federal Express (www.fedex.com) or UPS (www.ups.com).  Please indicate your shipment preference (overnight, 2-day, ground, etc).  To charge shipping directly to your carrier account, please include FedEx/UPS acct#.
• MA residents please add 6.25% sales tax (or include tax exempt credentials)
• Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase.  A 25% restocking fee will be charged.  

• We welcome international orders and ship round the globe!  Please check the listing below to see if there is a distributor for your country.  Otherwise please fax, email, or call-in your order directly to us (email preferred).

• To charge shipping directly to your carrier account (i.e. EXWORKS), please include FedEx/UPS/DHL acct# with order.  Otherwise we will ship DAP (Delivered at Place) with shipping cost added to the invoice.  With DAP the customer pays any import taxes and duties upon delivery.
• Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase.  A 25% restocking fee will be charged.
