Credit cards are preferred (Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover) for small orders. We will send a secure link for enterring your card information, or you can call-in or fax. We also accept PayPal or wire transfer. Net 30 is available to customers with an established account.
Domestic orders ship Federal Express (www.fedex.com) or UPS (www.ups.com). Please indicate your shipment preference (overnight, 2-day, ground, etc). To charge shipping directly to your carrier account, please include FedEx/UPS acct#.
MA residents please add 6.25% sales tax (or include tax exempt credentials)
Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase. A 25% restocking fee will be charged.

To charge shipping directly to your carrier account (i.e. EXWORKS), please include FedEx/UPS/DHL acct# with order. Otherwise we will ship DAP (Delivered at Place) with shipping cost added to the invoice. With DAP the customer pays any import taxes and duties upon delivery.
